(New York) – Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP advised Halyard Capital in the sale of its Engauge Marketing LLC portfolio company to Publicis Groupe S.A.

Enguage is one of the leading digital advertising services agencies in the United States. It was founded by Halyard, a private equity firm with more than $600 million under management, and launched in 2007. Publicis Groupe is a global communications group with operations in more than 100 countries.

David D’Urso, a partner in Akin Gump’s corporate practice, and Iain Wood, counsel in the practice, represented Halyard in the deal.
