As head of the media, entertainment and sports practice, the L.A. Times recognizes Chris Spicer for "advising on high-value deals involving film, television, music and gaming” for clients, including Comerica Bank and Fifth Season. He is recognized for his mentorship efforts and his pro-bono practice, which has been previously recognized by Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
Alissa Miller, partner and head of the Los Angeles office is noted as “one of Hollywood’s most trusted finance lawyers,” recognized for recent multi-million dollars deals and work with high-value entertainment transactions and credit faculties; noted for representing prominent industry clients including, A24, Netflix, ABC and HarbourView Equity Partners as, “a go-to dealmaker for top-tier clients in film, television and finance.”
Vanessa Roman is featured for her work leading major transactions for banks and studios across film and television, including Bank of America, East West Bank and JPMorgan Chase.
