Biography
  • Represents public and private companies and individuals in connection with U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and U.S. Attorney's Office investigations.
  • Handles a broad range of litigation for domestic and offshore clients.

Allison Coffin’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations, white-collar defense, and other legal compliance matters. She represents domestic and international clients in a variety of government enforcement matters, commercial civil litigation cases, and internal investigations. She has experience counseling clients in a variety of white-collar defense matters, including defending allegations of fraud, False Claims Act (FCA) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations. 

Allison maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on post-conviction sentencing relief for juvenile offenders.

Earlier in her career, Allison clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Salerno.
