Chase focuses his practice on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, due diligence and leasing matters relating to real property located throughout North America. He also represents corporate clients in the real estate aspects of their transactions.

Chase was previously an attorney at another major global law firm. His experience includes assisting clients in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties.

Chase maintains an active pro bono practice, including participation in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program’s intake clinics.

Chase earned his J.D. with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as administrative editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law. He was also the recipient of the Dean’s Achievement Award for Outstanding Student in Wind Law.
