Claire advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, drawing on experience representing public & private companies in complex transactions and commercial agreements.

Prior to joining Akin, Claire was a corporate associate at another global law firm. Before law school, Claire worked as a senior financial analyst and an investment banking analyst.

Claire received a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she was a Pro Bono Award Honoree and a member of the Women's Law Caucus. During law school, Claire worked as a student law clerk and completed a judicial internship with the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.

Claire also holds an M.S. cum laude in finance from Boston College and a B.S. cum laude in business administration from the University of Southern California.
