- Represents private and public companies in connection with securities transactions.
- Assists private equity fund clients and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions.
Elizabeth Atkins advises both acquirors/investors and their targets/investees in acquisitions and investments in major markets around the world. She has worked on transactions spanning industries including telecommunications, technology, mining and transportation. She also handles public and private international and U.S. equity and debt offerings, representing issuers, and provides corporate governance advice to foreign private issuers.

- Advised New York Stock Exchange-listed Endava plc on its acquisitions of U.S. technology strategy, consulting and engineering firm Levvel LLC.
- Advised a logistics and transportation company on its initial public offering (IPO).
- Guided a national metallurgical coal company through its IPO and subsequent high-yield debt offering.
- Assisted multiple asset management companies with fund restructurings.
- Counseled the board and management of several NYSE/NASDAQ-listed foreign private issuers with respect to numerous corporate governance and reporting matters.
