Eusebius is counsel in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters in a variety of sectors, including energy, project finance and infrastructure, renewable energy, and asset-based lending.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Eusebius practiced in the project, energy, and infrastructure finance group of another major international law firm. He has served as a senior financial institution and policy analyst at the Federal Reserve Board.

Eusebius earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
