Hamish Annandale focuses primarily on the investment management industry, advising managers on the structuring, formation and operation of their alternative investment products, including hedge funds, credit funds, hybrid funds and co-investment arrangements.

Hamish advises on a wide variety of issues related to the formation and ongoing operation of alternative investment funds, including:

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Hamish trained at a large London-based international law firm and spent time on secondment at a London-based hedge fund.
