Kailey is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists clients in a variety of financing and co-financing transactions involving film, television and digital media production and distribution, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Kailey clerked for the Federal Public Defender, Central District of California.    

Kailey earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she served as staff editor for the Journal of Law & Business. She was also co-president of the West Coast Connection and a member of the Black Allied Law Students Association.
