Karina Moy practices within the firm’s intellectual property practice, where she focuses on patent litigation, in particular in the life sciences.
Karina rejoined Akin Gump in 2021 after serving as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. During law school, Karina served as a staff editor of the Law & Contemporary Problems Journal and was a legal intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Karina received her master’s degree in bioethics & science policy from Duke University Graduate School and her undergraduate degree in Biology from Williams College.
Karina was a member of Akin Gump’s 2018 summer associate class.
