- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) litigation and counseling.
- Allegations of discrimination, harassment and other employee misconduct.
- Diversity & inclusion initiatives and pay equity.
Katherine was a student attorney for Columbus Community Legal Services during law school. She was also associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review.
Katherine was a member of Akin’s 2018 summer associate class.
