Kimberly is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Kimberly worked in the legal department of a global financial institution in New York, where she supported the investment banking businesses.

Kimberly earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as the Executive Affairs Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. She earned her B.S. summa cum laude in business administration from Binghamton University School of Management.
