Biography
Louis J. Zivot’s practice focuses on tax matters. Prior to joining Akin, Mr. Zivot was a tax consultant in the mergers and acquisitions group at PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. in New York.
Mr. Zivot received his B. Comm. from the University of British Columbia, his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law, where he was a graduate editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
