Meg is responsible for developing, directing and implementing global human resources, total rewards, talent management and well-being policies and programs to align the firm’s holistic people strategy with business goals and strategies in support of excellent client service.
Her areas of responsibility include:

- Employee total rewards, including benefits, compensation, work-life integration, recognition and engagement

- Employment policies, practices and procedures

Meg has over 35 years of human resources experience. She began her career at two other international law firms, joining Akin in 2003. She holds a B.A. in economics, an undergraduate certificate in personnel and industrial relations and an M.S. in management. She also holds the senior professional in human resources (SPHR) certification.
