Akin Gump Named Among Top 10 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump is proud to announce that the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has ranked the firm among the top ten in the Foundation’s 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list. This is the eighth consecutive year that the firm has been named to the list.

The 100 organizations that comprise the Foundation’s list are ranked based on financial reimbursement, paid leave and percentage of employees eligible for these benefits.

Additionally, Akin Gump placed second in the Foundation’s Best by Industry list in the category of “Consulting, Accounting, Legal and Business Services” and eighth on the Best by Size list in the “Large (1,000+ employees)” category. The firm was also among the top organizations to offer paid parental leave to foster parents.
