Michelle is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Michelle was previously a summer associate at Akin. Prior to that, she interned for NBCUniversal and Paramount.

Michelle earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as co-president of the Entertainment & Sports Law Association, and vice president of both the Latinx Law Students Association and the Stanford Law Association.
