Nicholas Houpt has significant experience representing private equity funds and companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buy-outs, carve-outs, equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and other strategic transactions in a broad range of industries.  Mr. Houpt has also represented clients in connection with various distressed transactions and restructurings in and outside of bankruptcy.
