Raj is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Raj interned with the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas.

Raj earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
