Temporarily on a Full-Time Client Secondment
- Advises on a broad range of financing and financial restructuring transactions.
Rebecca is a counsel in the corporate finance group. She has experience working on special situations and a variety of cross-border financing and debt restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Akin, Rebecca practiced at a magic circle law firm in London and has been on an international secondment to New York.

- Acted on the financial restructuring and chapter 11 cases of offshore drilling contractors.*
- Advised steel producer corporate borrower on EUR 1.75 billion refinancing for its European operations.*
- Acted on the financial restructuring of a UK-based support services and construction provider.*
- Advised private equity fund on fund and portfolio company level financings.*
