The American Bar Association’s Business Law Today published an article by Akin Gump corporate heads Kerry Berchem, Ken Menges and Frank Reddick that offers advice on preparing a 2013 proxy statement.
The article, “Preparing Your 2013 Proxy Statement and Periodic Reports: A Checklist of Recent Changes and Considerations,” discusses what companies need to know in light of recent changes and other developments that may affect their disclosures in certain documents.
