Akin Gump Advises Bank of America in $120 Million Refinancing of FilmNation Credit Facility

(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump advised Bank of America, N.A. in the refinancing of FilmNation Entertainment LLC’s existing credit facility relating to the funding, production, acquisition and distribution of multiple theatrical motion pictures and television programs.

The total value of the deal is $120 million, which will be used to provide additional capital for new content, such as the World War II film “Greyhound,” starring Tom Hanks, “Disobedience,” starring Rachel Weisz and Rachel McAdams, and “The Children Act,” starring Emma Thompson.
