Akin Gump Advises Digital First Media in Sale of Salt Lake Tribune

(New York) – Digital First Media has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell The Salt Lake Tribune and its affiliates to Paul Huntsman, son of businessman and philanthropist Jon M. Huntsman Sr. Akin Gump advised Digital First Media in the transaction, for which terms were not disclosed.

The Akin Gump team advising Digital First Media included corporate partner David D’Urso and corporate counsel Ben Morgan.
