Akin Gump Advises Millhouse in One of the Largest Office Real Estate Deals in Russian History

(Moscow) – Akin Gump has represented Millhouse, an asset management company owned by Roman Abramovich, in its acquisition of the 120,000-square-meter White Gardens office complex in central Moscow. It was acquired from a consortium of vendors including AIG/Lincoln, VTB and Coalco.

The deal is one of largest real estate transactions in Russia in 2013 and one of the largest office deals in the history of Russian real estate.

Moscow-based partner Vlad Sourkov, who heads Akin Gump’s Russian real estate practice, led the Moscow- and London-based team advising Millhouse.
