Akin Gump Advises RosEvroDevelopment in Its Acquisition of Aura Shopping Mall

(Moscow) – Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP represented RosEvroDevelopment in its acquisition of the 150,000 square meter Aura shopping mall in Novosibirsk, Russia, from Renaissance Development and Amstar.
The deal represents the largest regional real estate deal so far in Russia in 2013.
Moscow-based partner Vlad Sourkov, who heads Akin Gump’s Russian real estate practice, led the team advising RosEvroDevelopment.
