Energy Law Report has published the article “Commerce Issues Guidance Regarding Restrictions on Crude Oil Exports,” written by Edward Rubinoff, partner in Akin Gump’s international trade practice; Stephen Davis and Gabriel Procaccini, partners in the firm’s oil & gas and natural resources practice; and Christian Davis, counsel in the international trade practice.
