Akin Gump Debuts as Sponsor of Annual Norwood Distressed Investing Dinner, £275K+ Raised at Premier Industry Event

(London) - Akin Gump is proud to announce its first-ever sponsorship of the annual Distressed Investing Dinner in aid of the Norwood charity. This year’s dinner, held at the Savoy Hotel in London on 17 September, raised over £275,000 for Norwood’s services for vulnerable children and their families, children with special educational needs and adults with learning disabilities.
This year marked the 10th anniversary of the dinner, which is the leading annual event for the distressed investing industry, attended by more than 250 people. The total sum raised since the dinner’s inception is now over £2 million.
