Akin Gump Jumps to Top 10 of BTI’s Client Service A-Team

(New York) – Akin Gump has been selected as one of the top 10 law firms for client service in the new BTI Client Service A-Team 2019: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. Top legal decision makers singled out the firm as best-in-class in client service.
BTI Consulting Group, the publishers of the report, note that the Client Service A-Team report is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The list was determined through interviews with more than 350 “top legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations,” with analysis based on 17 objective ranking factors.
Akin Gump has received several other BTI recognitions this year. In October, the firm was named to the Honor Roll for complex employment litigation in BTI’s Litigation Outlook 2019. BTI selected Akin Gump in September for inclusion in its BTI Legal Innovation + Technology Outlook 2019, a list of firms that are BTI Innovation Builders.
