Akin Gump Named for Third Consecutive Year to Am Law’s A-List of Top 20 Law Firms

(Washington, D.C.) – The American Lawyer has, for the third year in a row and fourth time out of the last five years, named Akin Gump to its A-List of the United States’ 20 leading law firms.

The A-List ranks what Am Law calls “Big Law’s elite…20 firms that excel in four vital areas: financial success, pro bono commitment, diversity and associate satisfaction.” The list is compiled drawing on four of the publication’s surveys: the Am Law 200’s revenue per lawyer rankings, its pro bono survey, its diversity survey and its midlevel survey’s measure of associate job satisfaction.
