Akin Gump Named One of Top Workplaces In Houston For Second Consecutive Year

(Houston) – Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP has been named as one of the top places to work in Houston for the second consecutive year by the Houston Chronicle.

The Chronicle’s list of Top 100 Workplaces recognizes businesses nominated by their employees. The findings are based on responses from nearly 55,000 employees at over 230 Houston-area companies to questions covering issues such as opportunities for advancement, the value of compensation and benefits, and the communication and management skills of their supervisors, among other issues.

The organizations on the list include public and private entities as well as nonprofits. To qualify for inclusion, a company must have more than 50 employees in the Houston area and at least 35 percent of the employees must respond to the survey.
