Akin Gump Repeats as CIO 100 Honoree for Innovative Use of Technology in Business

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce that, for the second year in a row, it has been selected by CIO, which, among other projects, publishes CIO magazine, as being among the 100 organizations “that have distinguished themselves by creating business value through the innovative use of technology.”
Akin Gump is one of only two law firms thus honored. The CIO 100 includes private and public sector leaders in the creative use of technology in furtherance of organizational missions as DHL Express Americas, General Motors Co., IBM, The Coca-Cola Co., U.S. Department of State, The Boeing Co. and Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
The 2015 CIO 100 Award winners will be honored during a gala awards dinner and ceremony at the CIO 100 Symposium, to be held in early August.
