For its article “Am Law 100 Sees Much Turnover at the Top,” The American Lawyer quoted Akin Gump chairperson Kim Koopersmith on topics related to law firm leadership, including succession and terms in office.

On the former, she observed that preserving culture and talent "are a really important part of what we, as leaders, do. The succession process sets the tone, and getting it right is so important."
