Ashley Edison Brown Recognized Among The National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40
(Houston) – Akin Gump intellectual property associate Ashley Edison Brown has been recognized among The National Black Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyers” in Houston, Texas.
Based on what it calls “a multi-phase selection process” involving peer nominations and third-party research, the organization’s Top 40 Under 40 Black Lawyers is an honor bestowed upon “the top 40 attorneys in each state or region who have demonstrated excellence and have achieved outstanding results in their careers.”
The organization added that Ms. Brown “exemplifies superior qualifications, leadership skills, and performance in her area of legal practice.”
Ms. Brown’s intellectual property practice focuses primarily on patent litigation, which involves patent infringement litigation in a variety of fields, including mobile devices, computer login security and wireless communication networks. In addition to litigation, Ms. Brown also has experience prosecuting patent applications.
