Chris LaFollette Selected for Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame

(Houston) – Akin Gump Houston partner in charge Chris LaFollette has been selected for induction into the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC) Hall of Fame.

The honor recognizes 12 women who have “‘contributed significantly’ to advancing women, improved the quality of life for future Houstonians and who agree with the GHWCC's mission,” according to the Houston Business Journal article “Influential women of Greater Houston to be inducted at GHWCC gala.”

Suzan Deison, CEO and president of the GHWCC, said, “We are honored to recognize these dynamic women who have given so much to our community so that we and the next generation of Houstonians have a better quality of life.”

The honorees will be inducted at the GHWCC’s annual gala in December.
