D.C. Circuit Judges Again Honor Akin Gump at “40 at 50” Pro Bono Ceremony

(Washington, D.C.) – Akin Gump is proud to announce that it was again recognized by the chief judges of the United States Courts of the D.C. Circuit among the law firms where, in 2017, at least 40 percent of lawyers devoted 50 hours or more to pro bono service to individuals with limited financial resources or to charitable organizations.

Akin Gump was one of 16 firms where 50 percent or more of attorneys contributed at least 50 hours of pro bono work in 2017.

The 15th annual ceremony, held on April 24 at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse in the nation’s capital, honored a total of 37 law firms.
