Daily Variety Selects Christopher Spicer as Among the “Best and Brightest in Hollywood Law”

Akin Gump’s Christopher Spicer, counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office, has been selected as one of Daily Variety’s “Best and Brightest in Hollywood Law.” The list recognizes those attorneys who “stand above the crowd and represent the next generation of sharp legal minds in the entertainment business.”
Mr. Spicer was recognized for his work in representing Comerica Bank in negotiations for single-picture loans with Summit Entertainment in connection with “The Twilight Saga,” as well as the negotiation of Comerica’s backing of several Lions Gate-produced Tyler Perry films, among other deals.
