IFLR Publishes Anthony Renzi Article on International Securities Markets

International Financial Law Review has published the article “All Abroad” by Akin Gump international corporate transactions partner Anthony Renzi. The article discusses the attractiveness of international securities markets such as the Oslo Stock Exchange and London’s Alternative Investment Market as alternatives to an IPO and listing in the United States.
U.S. domestic issuers interested in tapping non-U.S. equity markets may find, however, that the benefits of doing so are counterbalanced by difficulties. The article offers suggestions as to how to structure an IPO and listing abroad.
