Juliane Sullivan, a senior policy advisor in Akin Gump’s public law and policy practice, is quoted in Law360 on the prospects for government contractors following the presidential election in November.

Sullivan notes that because the federal government is operating under a continuing resolution, spending by agencies has slowed down. There is also the issue of sequestration, which, she points out, could “further delay full appropriations bills from getting through Congress.”
