Kirt O’Neill Quoted in San Antonio Business Journal on IP Litigation

San Antonio-based Kirt O’Neill, a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice who focuses on patent and trademark infringement litigation, was quoted by San Antonio Business Journal on the topic of IP lawyers and their role in patent protection.
In discussing the role of the IP litigator in the courtroom, O’Neill noted “You have to make the patent owner a sympathetic party” against a patent infringer. He added, “Juries don’t give a lot of sympathy to big corporations.”
