In the May issue of its OCIPLA Newsletter, the Orange County Intellectual Property Law Association has published several articles by lawyers at Akin Gump that previously appeared in the firm’s IP Newsflash. The articles, which all appear in the newsletter’s “District Court & PTAB Happenings” section, are as follows:
