Power Finance & Risk has published an article by David Burton and David Snyder, partner and associate, respectively, in Akin Gump’s tax practice, on recent renewable energy tax law developments across the United States.

The article, which first appeared in longer form in the firm’s Project Perspectives newsletter, examines newly enacted renewable energy tax law in Arizona, California and Louisiana. The authors discuss recent legislation and its effects on taxpayers.
