Three at Akin Gump Named Among Top 250 Women in IP

(New York) – Managing Intellectual Property has named Akin Gump partners Dianne Elderkin, Karol Kepchar and Barbara Mullin to its inaugural list of “IP Stars - Top 250 Women in IP.”

Elderkin and Mullin are both resident in Akin Gump’s Philadelphia office, where they focus on patent infringement cases in the biotech sector. Kepchar concentrates on trademark and copyright matters from the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. The three were selected based upon the rankings of Managing IP’s 2013 edition of “IP Stars,” which included interviews and surveys by IP partners and law firms across the United States.
