Two Akin Gump Deals Recognized at IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2019

(Hong Kong) – Akin Gump is pleased to announce it was the recipient of two separate awards at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2019 held in Hong Kong.

In the private equity deal of the year category, Akin Gump was recognized for its role advising Kingston Technology, a member of the Bain Capital-led consortium that acquired Toshiba Memory Corporation. (For more on the deal, which closed June 1, 2018, click here.)

In the restructuring deal of the year category, Akin Gump was recognized for serving as counsel to the ad hoc creditors of the Noble Group.

The IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards celebrate legally innovative teams and deals in the Asia-Pacific region.
