The Wall Street Journal, in its “Risk & Compliance Journal” blog, spotlighted a recent article written by Akin Gump Beijing partner in charge William Rosoff and senior counsel Yuanming Wang for ASIAN-MENA COUNSEL.

The article, “Recent Developments in Chinese Anti-Bribe-giving Laws and Enforcement,” discusses Chinese government action in a recent case alleging almost $500 million in bribes paid to hospitals and doctors and discusses Chinese legislation to handle criminal bribe-giving as well as other related topics.
