The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") extended General Licence INT/2022/2085212 ("GL INT/2022/2085212" and the "GL"), which allows a person to make payments to a Sanctioned Bank or their Subsidiary (as defined under the GL) for the purpose of making energy available for use in Mongolia.
- 06 Aug 2025 (BIS):
Taylor Adam Lee, an active-duty U.S. soldier, was arrested and charged with espionage and violations of U.S. export controls for allegedly attempting to share classified information about the M1A2 Abrams tank with someone he believed to be a Russian intelligence officer.
