The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") issued General Licence INT/2025/6135848 (the "GL"), which allows the transfer of assets and liabilities as part of the integration of Credit Suisse Group AG into UBS Group AG.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") issued a new General Licence INT/2025/6160920 in respect of Legal Services (the "GL"). The new GL takes effect from 00:01 on April 29, 2025, and shall expire at 23:59 on October 28, 2025. The GL replaces General Licence INT/2024/5334756 in respect of Legal Services.
