The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

  • 15 May 2025 (OFAC):

    ​​The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") 124, authorizing transactions related to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and Tengizchevroil. Concurrently, OFAC also amended FAQ 1216 to reflect the issuance of GL 124.
