Jaisohn J. Im focuses on private-equity related corporate finance transactions, including counseling private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and other borrowers in connection with leveraged buyouts and obtaining syndicated loan financings.
Mr. Im received his B.A. in 2002 from Yale University and his J.D. in 2007 from the George Washington University Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar.
