Jonathan R. Pavlich represents clients in a variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund investments, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate restructurings. Mr. Pavlich also advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Pavlich was an associate at a prominent law firm in Vancouver, where he represented clients in connection with a wide variety of transactional and general corporate matters.
Mr. Pavlich received his B.A. with great distinction in history in 2003 from McGill University and his LL.B. in 2006 from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar and Law Society of British Columbia (inactive).
