Our programme provides supportive supervision and valuable on-going feedback. On-the-job, experiential learning allows our trainees to develop a keen commercial awareness and to take on responsibility at any early stage.
You will attend in-house seminars on relevant areas of law and practical skills. You will also attend multiple Professional Skills Course training sessions at our external post-graduate training provider.

Competitive Sponsorship and Benefits
Successful training contract applicants receive sponsorship for the LPC and, where appropriate, GDL, together with a maintenance grant of £8,000 per academic year.
Our current trainee salary is £48,000 in the first year and £52,000 in the second.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance, dental insurance, travel insurance, life assurance, long-term disability insurance, pension, interest-free commuter season ticket loan, Be Well initiative and 25 days holidays, plus U.K. public holidays.
There will also be an opportunity to be considered for a discretionary merit bonus at the end of your training contract.
