Akin Cross-Practice Team Earns Am Law ‘Litigator of the Week’ Shout-Out
Akin Supreme Court & appellate partner James Tysse and health care & life sciences partner Kelly Cleary and the team they led have earned a Litigator of the Week “shout-out” from The American Lawyer Litigation Daily.
The team was recognized for its action on behalf of client Ardent Health Services Inc. that resulted in a U.S. District Judge in Texas ordering the government to process Ardent’s application for millions of dollars in COVID-19 relief funding intended to compensate rural health care providers for losses due to the pandemic.
